Suitable for 400m direct pipe / pipe jacking projects (expandable to 1,000m sea outfall with optional new equipment package). 1.Key Features & System Specifications:MTBM Machine: Herrenknecht M-1631M AVN800 DP (MFD 2016) with adapter for 36-inch pipe, 57kW central drive, power pack, steering joint, and 2 rock cutting heads. 2.Pipe Thruster & Clamping: H-094 Herrenknecht 500T Pipe Thruster with 750T frame (MFD 2014 by Herrenknecht). Includes clamping units for 36”, 40”, 42”, 56”, and 58” pipes, launch cradle, remote control, and adapter. 3.Control Container: M-1296C Control Container with power pack and large oil tank. Designed to operate both direct pipe thruster and conventional pipe jacking frame with any slurry machine up to AVN3000 (4xFD 75kW). 4.Electrical Disconnect Container: M-1296 Disconnect Container with VFD and pump switches for feed and slurry pumps (1xFD 130kW). 5.Pumps & Ancillaries: Haeni Bentonite lubrication pump, Haberman slurry pumps (P2.5 30kW, P2.6 45kW), Haberman feed pump (KSB-125 75kW), slurry service lines (410m), storage bins, and PBA data cables. Condition & Maintenance History : 1.Equipment prepared, refurbished, and inspected by HK Canada. 2.PLC system fully inspected and updated by HK. Total system weight: approx. 215 metric tons.
